At Casa Monarca, every dog that comes through our doors is treated as an individual. Before we recommend a program, we get to know your dog — their history, their temperament, their triggers, and what life looks like for your family.
That's why every journey with us begins the same way:

Step 1: set up a 30 min. phone evaluation with our Lead Behavior Specialist, Lynne Bell.

Step 2: Lynne will then recommend program options best suited for you and your dog based on her assessment and set up your complimentary in-person evaluation session with our head trainer and founder, Shanti.

Board & Train Residency Programs
Immersive. Personalized. Transformative.
Your dog comes to live with us full-time in a structured, nurturing home environment where training happens naturally throughout the day — not just in a 60-minute session. Residents get 4-5 active training sessions a day and multiple skill practice field trips a week. Board & train is the most effective way to create real, lasting behavioral change, and it gives your dog the focused, consistent guidance they need to truly thrive.

We will always be honest with you — because that's what your dog deserves.
Some cases are complex. Some dogs will need ongoing management as part of their long-term care plan. We will never promise you a quick fix or a perfect dog, because that's not how real behavioral change works. What we will promise you is a thorough, honest assessment, a plan built specifically for your dog, and a team that is with you every step of the way — for as long as you need us.
